You have the right to return any item purchased from Storky within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

1. The item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
2. The item is in its original packaging.
3. You have the proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item separately.
